- AI services are intended to support education, communication, creativity, productivity, and informational purposes.
EVS may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue AI features at any time.

Users acknowledge that:
AI output may contain errors.
AI responses should always be reviewed before publication.
AI-generated content may not reflect current laws or regulations.
AI should not replace professional advice.
Users assume full responsibility for any decisions made using AI-generated content.
EVS disclaims liability arising from reliance upon AI-generated responses.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, EVS’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to EVS for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EVS Global Network Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
